We meet Franky the first time he is 12 + 10 years building the sea train + 4 more years sea train = 26 years when Franky learned about Pluton, Robin and how it is to get run over by a train. 

At some point we learn that Robin joins the Baroque Works at 24 and I forgot how I put down that a year earlier she crossed the Red Line but yeah…
