Yes, I think there are some physical differences between Pre-Eclipse Griffith and Neo-Griffith.
e.g. The hair style XDXD
And seems to be slimmer?
Maybe it’s becoz of the newborn body XD
Of course the New-Griffith’s body is no more the pure human’s body,
but I think his body still can be hurt, even maybe easier to be hurt than being in form of Femto.
